Ingredients

¾ cup of Sophia Roasted Red Peppers

2 cans of Sophia Chick Peas (drained & rinsed)

¼ cup of Sophia Tahini

2 tbsp of Sophia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 ½ tsp of Sophia Lemon Juice

2 cloves of garlic

¼ tsp of Sophia Sea Salt

¼ tsp of cayenne pepper

Pinch of cumin
Instructions
In an electric food processor, combine roasted peppers, chick peas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, cumin, and salt. Pulse a few times to dice the chick peas. With the processor running, pour in the olive oil and process until smooth. If too thick, add water. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped roasted red peppers and olive oil. Serve with Sophia Crostini.
